Abstract Submission

The conference has a variety of reports. Excellent abstracts will be selected for presentation. PhD students who attend presentations have the opportunity to receive travel award. Please pay attention to the follow-up notice.

Abstract Guideline

The abstract must contain the title, names of authors, affiliated institutions, postal code, contact telephone number or e-mail address, and the main text of the abstract.

• The abstract is limited to 300 words.
• The title should be written in Arial letters, with a font size of 12 pt.
• The name(s) of the author(s) should be written in Time New Roman, with a font size of 10 pt. Underline the presenting author.
• Type the name(s) of the institution(s) and e-mail address in italic Times New Roman letters with a font size of 10 pt.
• The body of the text should also be written in Times New Roman with a font size of 12 pt.
• Deadline: July 20, 2026

Poster Guideline

• The Poster must contain the title, names of authors, affiliated institutions, postal code, contact telephone number or e-mail address, the object of research, methods, results and conclusion.
• The poster should be written in Times New Roman, with a font size of 10 pt.
• Deadline: July 20, 2026

For Foreign Delegate Registration/Abstract/Poster:

• Abstract submission and registration should be made online through the conference website
• Your registration fee can be paid in Visa/Mastercard online or Cash/Visa/Mastercard onsite.
