* We ceased to offer poster production service before July 4, 2025. After July 4, please print it out and bring it to the conference by yourself.

Registration Procedure

* Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments must be made in RMB. 
Registration fee can be paid through:

注意事项
  1. 请在汇款时注明2025ICBC+单位+参会代表姓名，并将汇款凭证、缴费人信息发送到大会秘书处 longjingping@bsc.org.cn 邮箱，以上截止时间是指缴费时间，即在2025年7月4日之前（含当天）完成注册并缴纳会议注册费者，方可享受注册费优惠，日期以汇款日期为准
  2. 团队注册：中国生物物理学会会员以团队方式注册，6人以上（含），享受8.5折优惠（仅限同一单位，统一注册，一次性交纳注册费，开具一张发票）。
  3. 发票领取：会前缴纳注册费的代表（以收到为准），电子发票将会自动推送至个人注册邮箱；集体缴费注册费的团队，电子发票推送至团队联系人注册邮箱；现场缴纳注册费，提供电子发票。本次大会注册费默认推送电子发票。
  4. 会员费开具全国性社会团体会费统一收据。
  5. 学生代表：为全日制在读本科生、研究生，不含博士后。

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/ refunds must be made via email (longjingping@bsc.org.cn ) before July 14, 2025.

退费原则：凡已缴费的参会代表因故不能参会者，须在2025年7月14日前以电子邮件形式向大会提出申请，注册费全额退款；2025年7月15日-23日告知，将扣除500元手续费后退还余款；2025年7月24日（含）之后申请，将不再退款。
