刘志杰，国际欧亚科学院院士，上海科技大学大道书院院长、iHuman研究所执行所长，生命科学与技术学院教授。曾任中国科学院生物物理研究所“百人计划”研究员，博士生导师。作为首席科学家主持科技部“973”、“863”重大研究项目及基金委重点项目等。于2012年成为享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，同年获药明康德生命化学研究奖，2020年获得上海市自然科学一等奖（第一完成人），荣获2022年度何梁何利基金“科学与技术进步奖”，上海市领军人才，三次获得中国科学院优秀导师称号。现任中国生物物理学会副理事长，中国晶体学会常务理事，国际生物结晶组织（IOBCr）理事、亚洲晶体学会理事，国际晶体学专业杂志IUCr J 编委，JMB杂志编委。主要研究方向为疾病相关重要蛋白质结构与功能研究和基于结构的药物设计。以通讯作者身份在Cell (4篇)、Nature (4 篇)、Science (1篇)、Immunity、Nat Stru Mole Biol及PNAS等SCI期刊发表研究论文120余篇。获得癌症化疗及精神分裂症靶点相关专利五项。

Prof. Zhi-Jie Liu is an academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, Executive Director of the iHuman Institute, ShanghaiTech University. He has previously served as a "Hundred Talents Program" researcher at the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As PI, he has led the Ministry of Science and Technology's "973" and "863" programs and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation.

In 2012, he was honored as an expert receiving the State Council special government allowances and won the WuXi AppTec Life Chemistry Research Award the same year. In 2020, he received the First Prize of Shanghai Natural Science Award, awarded the 2022 Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation "Science and Technology Progress Award," has been named an outstanding advisor by the Chinese Academy of Sciences three times.

Currently, he serves as the vice chairman of the Chinese Biophysical Society, an executive council member of the Chinese Crystallographic Society, a council member of the International Organization for Biological Crystallization (IOBCr), a council member of the Asian Crystallographic Association, a Co-editor of IUCr J, and an editor of JMB. His primary research focuses on the structure and function of GPCRs and structure-based drug design. As a corresponding author, he has published over 120 research papers in SCI journals, including Cell (4 papers), Nature (4 papers), Science (1 paper), Immunity, NSMB and PNAS. He holds five patents related to cancer chemotherapy and schizophrenia targets.
