刘颖，博士，现任北京大学博雅特聘教授、未来技术学院副院长，生命科学联合中心研究员，北京市未来基因诊断高精尖创新中心研究员，新基石研究员。2013-2020年任北京大学分子医学研究所研究员、长聘副教授；2020年至今任北京大学未来技术学院长聘副教授、教授。刘颖教授关注于细胞应激和稳态调控，主要从事细胞对线粒体胁迫和营养物质匮乏的感知和响应的机制研究及其生理病理意义研究。研究成果发表在Nature、Science、Nature Cell Biology、Molecular Cell等重要国际学术期刊。刘颖教授先后入选科技创新领军人才，美国霍华德.休斯研究所(HHMI)国际研究学者、全国三八红旗手等；获得中国青年女科学家奖、科学探索奖、谈家桢生命科学创新奖等；获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助。 

Ying Liu, Ph.D., is currently a Boya Distinguished Professor and the Associate Dean of the College of Future Technology at Peking University. She is also a principal investigator at the Center for Life Sciences and the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Genomics, and a New Cornerstone Investigator. From 2013 to 2020, she served as a principal investigator and tenured associate professor at the Institute of Molecular Medicine at Peking University. Since 2020, she has been a tenured associate professor and professor at the College of Future Technology at Peking University. Dr. Liu focuses on cellular stress responses and homeostatic regulation, exploring the mechanisms of cellular perception and response to mitochondrial stress and nutrient deprivation, as well as their physiological and pathological significance. Her research findings have been published in journals such as Nature, Science, Nature Cell Biology, and Molecular Cell. Dr. Liu was selected as an international research scholar of Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) in 2017, and was awarded the 15th Young Female Scientist and Distinguished Young Scholars Scientist in 2019. She has also received the Xplorer Prize and CC Tan Life Science Innovation Award.
